Every Pawverly portrait is created especially for you and your pet. Because each artwork is personalized, our return policy is designed to protect the custom nature of your order while making sure you are cared for if something arrives wrong or damaged.

Custom portraits are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has begun.

Every Pawverly portrait is made especially for you and your pet. Because each artwork is personalized using the photo, style, size, and details selected at checkout, custom portraits cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production has begun.

This helps protect the time, care, and creative work that goes into every custom piece.

We’ll Make It Right

Damaged, incorrect, or misprinted items

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the order you placed, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged in transit, if you receive the wrong product, or if the size, frame, print, or finish does not match your order confirmation.

Artwork Care

Artwork previews and revisions

Our goal is to help your portrait feel right before it moves into final production. Small refinements to the original artwork may be requested during the preview stage, depending on the product and order workflow.

Major changes, such as switching to a new pet photo, changing the selected portrait style, or altering the product type, may require additional time or a small artwork adjustment fee.

Before Production

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are easiest before artwork production begins.

Once our artists have started preparing your custom portrait, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed.

Photo Responsibility

Photo quality and final artwork

Please make sure the photo you upload is clear, well-lit, and shows your pet’s face and important features. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, or heavily cropped photos may affect the final artwork quality.

If our team believes your photo may not work well, we may contact you for a better image. However, the final result depends heavily on the quality of the photo submitted with your order.
