Pawsverly specializes in custom pet portrait products and related personalized artwork. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes, finishes, materials, and product images that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor, mobile device, or screen display will show colors or details accurately.

All descriptions of products, product pricing, and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 6 - Custom Artwork and Photo Uploads

When you place an order for a custom pet portrait, you may be asked to upload one or more photos of your pet. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the photo or have the legal right and permission to use and submit the photo for the purpose of creating custom artwork.

You grant Pawsverly and our production partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and process the submitted photo solely for the purpose of creating, producing, reviewing, fulfilling, and delivering your custom order.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded photo is clear, appropriate, and suitable for artwork creation. Low-quality, blurry, dark, obstructed, or cropped photos may affect the final artwork quality.

Because custom products are created specifically for you, custom artwork orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the design, production, or fulfillment process has begun, except as required by applicable law or as stated in our store policies.

Section 7 - Artwork Interpretation and Approval

Custom pet portraits involve artistic interpretation. The final artwork may not be an exact photographic reproduction of the uploaded image. Differences in pose, expression, color tone, fur detail, background, outfit placement, cropping, and layout may occur as part of the design process.

If we provide artwork previews or proofs, you are responsible for reviewing them carefully and requesting changes within the stated review period. If you approve a proof, or if you do not respond within the stated timeframe, the order may move into production.

Once an order has entered production, additional edits, cancellations, address changes, or product changes may not be possible.

Section 8 - Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account, email address, billing information, shipping information, and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Section 9 - Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery times may vary due to production timelines, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pawsverly is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 10 - Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other applicable store policies posted on our website.

Because many Pawsverly products are customized and made to order, they may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or otherwise qualify under our posted policies or applicable law.

If there is an issue with your order, you should contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
