After you approve the design preview, your leather portrait will be carved, colored, stitched, assembled, and finished by hand. Production normally takes approximately 25–30 days.
Shipping
After production is complete, estimated delivery normally takes an additional 5–8 days.

The estimated timeline from receiving a suitable photo to delivery is approximately 32–43 days. Revision requests, delayed approval, holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays may extend this timeline.
