Every Pawverly portrait is custom-made from your pet photo. Please review the timeline below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Our shipping timeline

Your order timeline includes artwork proof preparation, production after approval, and final delivery. If edits or a new pet photo are needed, this may extend the overall timeline.

Artwork Proof

After we receive your pet photo, your artwork proof is usually prepared within 2–5 business days.

Production

Once your artwork is approved, your portrait will be carefully produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping

After production is complete, delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

Because each portrait is custom-made, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your artwork, please contact us and we will help make it right.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Most Pawverly orders move through three stages: artwork proof, production, and shipping. The total delivery time may vary depending on how quickly your artwork is approved, your shipping location, and carrier conditions.

  • Artwork proof: usually prepared within 2–5 business days after we receive your pet photo.
  • Production: begins after your artwork proof is approved.
  • Shipping: usually takes about 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Artwork Approval

We send an artwork proof for your review before your portrait goes into production. Please review your proof carefully and reply as soon as possible. The faster you approve your artwork, the faster we can prepare your order for shipment.

If a new photo is needed, or if you request edits to your artwork, this may extend your overall production timeline.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Order Issues

Because each Pawverly portrait is custom-made for you, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your artwork, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and help make it right whenever possible.
